Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Head at ALROZ Aviation Academy located in Bengaluru. The Training Head will be responsible for managing all training programs, developing and designing instructional content, and organizing training sessions. Additional tasks include recruiting trainees and staff, ensuring high-quality instructional methods are used, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs. The Training Head will work closely with other departments to align training objectives with organizational goals.
