
Training Administrator

The Training Administrator will be responsible for administration and organization of technical trainings, events and programs offered by local and regional Training.
**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:
- Overall coordination and execution of all administrative tasks for training programs in launch and execution phase
- Collaboration with trainers, internal SMEs, cross functional employees and external agencies/ service providers
- Manage and track courses and learners on learner management system and support instructors.
- Support for head of function with respect to monitoring, marketing activities, budget spent and others.
- Support trainers to manage training resources, working with digital tools like virtual reality, mixed/augmented reality, live streaming and multi-media assets.
- First contact for trainees, third parties, vendors
- Support Global Training and development projects.
- Provide standard training reports and manage training monitoring data.
**Qualification & Skills**:
- Academic degree in relevant field
- Proven experience of working in business administration role
- Proven experience of working in learning & development environment, experience in learning management systems and digital learning formats is a plus
- Accurate and sound administration experience
- Ability to competently and accurately work with databases, spreadsheets and software packages
- Capable of quickly and accurately prioritising workload, without sacrificing attention to detail
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused
- Approachable and able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with employees at all levels of the company
- Effective problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken
