Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a State Head - Karnataka located in Bengaluru. The State Head will oversee the daily operations and management of the state's sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and leading the team to achieve organizational goals. The State Head will be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company values.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee a large team
- Sales strategy development and execution, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and identify opportunities
- Ability to mentor, train, and motivate a sales team
- Familiarity with the retail and homewares industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales management or a similar role
