Company Overview Illusion Dental Laboratory is committed to delivering the highest quality dental restorations with exceptional customer service We blend technical expertise personal service and dependable results while using only top-tier restorative systems such as Bruxzir Lava Zirconia and more We believe in building relationships through effective communication and feedback Our headquarters is in Mumbai and we employ between 51-200 individuals Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic State Head at Illusion Dental Laboratory located in Bangalore to manage and grow our operations This is a full-time role requiring an exceptional individual with experience in sales and a strong ability to manage and drive teams The State Head will be responsible for overseeing sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction across the region Qualifications and Skills Sales experience is mandatory Mandatory skill for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets Proven team management skills to lead and inspire a group of talented professionals Strong target orientation to consistently achieve or exceed company-defined performance metrics Demonstrated ability in handling teams providing guidance and fostering a cooperative work environment Effective communication skills to build and maintain client relationships through clear and responsive interaction Problem-solving skills to address and overcome obstacles in project execution and team performance Ability to provide constructive feedback and implement improvements based on customer inputs and service evaluations Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to identify market opportunities and enhance operational efficiency Roles and Responsibilities Lead the regional team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction in dental restoration services Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve higher market penetration Coordinate with the headquarters in Mumbai to align regional operations with the company s overall goals and objectives Ensure team compliance with company standards and policies while maintaining high levels of performance Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement Foster strong relationships with key clients by continuously providing effective solutions and gathering valuable feedback Ensure timely delivery and quality control of dental restorations maintaining the brand s commitment to excellence Drive continuous improvement processes by leveraging customer feedback and performance metrics Email id neema illusiondental com mobile 8976991413
