Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Koffeetech Communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, a passion for building relationships, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the agency.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the marketing and digital space. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that align with Koffeetech’s services.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform business development strategies.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Koffeetech Communications and identify potential business opportunities.
- Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or digital industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
