Key Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.


• Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate experience.


• Maintain and update candidate database.


• Support onboarding formalities and smooth joining process.


• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.


• Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll inputs.


• Support employee engagement activities and address day-to-day HR queries.

Requirements


• 3–4 years of relevant experience, primarily in recruitment.


• Graduate degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
