Key Responsibilities:

Preffered MBA / HR

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle hiring across IT (developers, engineers, project managers, etc.) and Non-IT (sales, operations, HR, finance, manufacturing, etc.) functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for multiple domains.
  • Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate technical and functional fit.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (both IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles as well as corporate/operations positions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in hiring for startups, product companies, or large-scale organizations.
  • Exposure to niche and leadership hiring.
