Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Build strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment cycle under guidance of mentors.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates (any discipline) are welcome.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work from office in Mahadevapura, Bengaluru.
  • Passion for building a career in HR and Recruitment.
