Job Description Job Title: HR Recruiter (Entry Level) Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 01 Year Type: Full Time About UsRole Overview We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an entrylevel role, ideal for someone with some exposure to recruitment or HR who wants to build a career in hiring and people operations. You will assist in finding, screening, and acquiring great talent, and supporting the endtoend recruitment process. Key Responsibilities - Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc. - Screen resumes/applications and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess candidates fit. - Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers (schedule interviews, followups, reminders). - Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings. - Maintain candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with uptodate information. - Support offer process: prepare offer letters, negotiate when required, ensure candidates complete joining formalities. - Help with onboarding new hires: paperwork, inductions, and ensuring smooth transition. - Regularly report recruitment metrics (time to hire, number of interviews, pipeline status) to the HR/Talent Acquisition team. - Provide good candidate experience: timely communication, feedback, followups. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred. - Some exposure to recruitment (internship, project, or parttime work) is a plus, but freshers are welcome. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; local/regional languages are a plus. - Good interpersonal skills, ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders. - Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and basic familiarity with online job portals / social media. - Organized, detailoriented, able to manage multiple tasks and follow through. - Selfmotivated, quick learner, ability to work under guidance with minimum supervision.
