The IT HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT roles, coordinating with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the IT HR Recruiter will utilize AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure a streamlined hiring process. Qualifications - Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates for IT roles - Proficient in IT Recruitment and Familiarity with IT terminologies and roles - Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills - Ability to use AI-driven tools for recruitment and data-driven hiring - Experience in managing candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in a recruitment or HR role, particularly in the IT sector - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers
