Job Description About the Role: As a HR Recruiter, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent. This internship will help you understand end-to-end recruitment processes, enhance your communication and organizational skills, and gain practical HR experience in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Support the HR team in maintaining candidate records and recruitment dashboards. - Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process (from initial contact to onboarding). - Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment activities. - Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions. - Help improve the candidate experience and recruitment process efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What You'll Learn: - End-to-end recruitment lifecycle. - Professional communication and interview coordination. - Candidate assessment and screening techniques. - Exposure to HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Real-world HR and recruitment best practices.
