Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles and departments.
Proficient in sourcing techniques, utilizing tools such as resume databases, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Boolean search methods.
Solid understanding and execution of referral programs to tap into internal talent networks and boost quality hires.
Experience managing and optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
HR Knowledge & Experience
In-depth Knowledge Of Core HR Processes, Including
Recruitment and onboarding
Training and development
Talent and performance management
Employee engagement and retention strategies
Thorough understanding of labour regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all HR practices adhere to legal standards.
Previous experience working as an HR Recruiter or similar role, ideally within fast-paced or growth-focused environments.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers, teams, and external stakeholders.
High-level interpersonal and negotiation skills for building relationships with candidates and influencing decision-making.
Sound judgment and leadership abilities in managing sensitive situations and guiding recruitment strategies.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
