Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Data Entry: Input and update employee information in the HRIS system.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and HR activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR administrative activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Communication: Assist in creating and distributing internal communications related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HR administrative metrics for management review.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Employee Assistance: Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR administrative field.
