Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Help manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and employee grievances.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
