Job Summary: 


Digital Nest is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience . The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR Operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. They will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. The HR Generalist will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement and retention initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic HR leader to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing organization. 


Responsibilities: 


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function at Digital Nest. 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team in areas such as talent acquisition, organization behaviour, labour laws, and payroll management. 
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. 
  • Develop and administer employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction. 
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws in all HR practices and policies. 
  • Manage performance management processes, including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions if necessary. 
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. 
  • Lead initiatives related to tax planning for salaried employees and ensure compliance with tax regulations. 
  • Guide topics such as POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and ensure a safe and inclusive work environment. 
  • Supervise the implementation of HR analytics and HR software to streamline HR processes and benefit employees. 
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred. 
  • Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR management roles. 
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. 
  • Strong understanding of HR analytics and HR software applications such as ZOHO People, ZOHO Payroll, KEKA, greytHR, MS- Office. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven track record of building effective HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
