Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at TV2Z in Hyderabad. The HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and administration. The role will involve handling various aspects of human resources to support the organization's workforce.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
  • Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Experience in handling HR functions and policies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in the technology or media industry. 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively. 
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire others. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. 
  • Prior experience in office management or administrative support roles is a plus. 
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
