Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Audit Preparation: Help prepare for internal and external HR audits.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR compliance policies.
  • Employee Training: Support the creation and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on compliance metrics and provide insights for management review.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and suggest measures to mitigate them.

Qualifications:
