Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Operations Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Data Management: Manage and update the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and suggest actionable recommendations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HR operations metrics and provide insights for management review.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Employee Assistance: Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the HR operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR operations field.
