We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Compliance Associate to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance:

Assist in ensuring the company complies with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Policy Development:

Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.Audits and Inspections:

Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including employee records, training logs, and audit reports.Training and Education:

Assist in developing and delivering training programs on compliance topics to employees.Reporting:

Generate reports on compliance activities and provide insights for management review.Incident Management:
