Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a Compliance Manager or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standardsExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levelsGood problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in MS Office and other relevant software

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulationsConduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-complianceMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's compliance programsProvide training and support to employees on compliance-related mattersStay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing complianceInvestigate and resolve compliance-related issues and incidentsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are metPrepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as requiredAssist with internal and external audits
