Summary:


The People Services’ Human Resource Associate is a member of the People Services Human Resources organization. In this role, the HR Associate reviews inquiries from active employees, former employees, and third-party vendors and will manage the case to resolution. The HR Associate will provide high touch customer service and perform tasks to support the operations of People Services.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to employees and managers to board ranges of HR requests and enquires ensure timely processing of inquiries; Proactively identify and report any case trends to facilitate quick response to issues Review and assess cases to ensure accurate triage, adhering to established performance metrics Utilize knowledge base and employee facing portal to interpret customer needs and resolve basic inquiries; Support basic customer inquiries via data entry into HRIS (Workday) Utilize various HCM systems to fulfill requests such as preparing appropriate letters, forms, and uploading documents Champion Direct Access, guide employees and managers to available resources, e.g., tool kits, videos, or training materials to facilitate direct access adoption Provide high touch customer service, that meets expected service levels and business performance goals. Ensuring communication is frequent and accurate Ensure proper documentation of inquiries including troubleshooting root cause and resolution Provide feedback on customer issues so that management can address and improve the items Identify opportunities to improve the knowledgebase and processes, along with implementing necessary changes Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen Work collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and participate for improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes. Conduct or assist with training sessions for newly hired HR Associates and ad hoc trainings Utilize time management skills to distinguish priorities and modify schedules accordingly

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience working in a fast-moving, complex, ever-changing environment Minimum of 1 year of operational experience within human resources shared services is preferred Knowledge of Workday and Service Now preferred Basic knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, and regional employment laws Ability to use sound judgement and research skills to identify the right solution to meet business needs Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and the HR function to deliver business needs Language requirements beyond English: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese or French is preferred for some markets we support.

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
