Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Compliance Associate to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring the company complies with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Audits and Inspections: Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including employee records, training logs, and audit reports.
  • Training and Education: Assist in developing and delivering training programs on compliance topics to employees.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on compliance activities and provide insights for management review.
  • Incident Management: Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related issues or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR compliance field.
