Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to start their careers in HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Recruitment Support: Help with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • HRIS Management: Update and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, training sessions, and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
