Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Database Management: Update and manage the candidate database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
