Experience:

·     A background in hospitality, travel or tourism sectors is a must.

·     Extremely good English (spoken and written skills). Spoken Tamil and Hindi skills.

·     Extremely good MS word and excel skills.

·     An orientation to details and problem solving.

·     Ability to travel to various villas as needed.

·     Comfortable with basic maths – addition, subtraction, percentages.


As Associate Manager Operations you will need to:

  • Familiarize yourself with the properties in our portfolio in the region.
  • Build relationships with the staff in each villa and location and oversee and guide them as needed.
  • Track bookings calendar by villa and work with Location Hosts and villa teams for fulfilling bookings.
  • Coordinate with Sales to track guest bookings requests and coordinate with Locations accordingly.
  • Track guest stay and coordinate between guests and Location teams as needed.
  • Interact with guests pre arrival, during stay and post as needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
  • Collate extras payable by guests at end of stay and present as per processes.
  • Coordinate with back office for accounting of extra payments.
  • Track villa maintenance as per processes.
  • Work with vendors for collateral for villas.
  • Maintain inventory of various collateral and reorder as needed.
  • Assist the Operations Manager on all and any operations related work.
  • Coordinate with Locations to get in weekly expenses and collate them for back office.
