Overview
Cindrebay is hiring Business Development Managers to drive aggressive growth across our branches. We are looking for serious, no-nonsense professionals with proven experience in sales, admissions, counselling, and team management. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, well-versed in AI-based productivity tools, and capable of leveraging graphic and visual materials to improve communication and impact. A strong sense of design, aesthetics, and above-average professional standards is essential. This role demands an optimistic yet aggressive sales-oriented leader who is target-driven, result-focused, and committed to excellence. Only skilled and capable individuals with the right knowledge, mindset, and standards need apply. Required skills
- 3 - 8 years of work experience as a Manager in EdTech Business, or Sales
- Strong command of English with fluency in the local language
- Graduate degree (mandatory)
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage admissions, and achieve targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Job responsibilities
- Drive regional business growth by managing admissions teams and achieving enrollment targets
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to generate quality leads
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes in the region
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports and insights
