Business Development Manager – MGS ROBOTICS

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will establish and expand MGSROBOTICS training programs in schools & colleges across Kannur and Kasargod. This person will be responsible for lead generation, partnerships, marketing campaigns (online & offline), and meeting student enrolment targets.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach schools, colleges, and tuition centres to host MGSROBOTICS programs.

Present the program to principals, management, and parents.

Develop & execute offline marketing (events, flyers, parent meetings).

Plan & run online marketing (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, ads).

Build partnerships with local organisations, Schools, colleges, and educational trusts.

Track monthly enrolment & revenue targets for each section.

Work with trainers and coordinators to ensure smooth program delivery.


Required Skills & Experience

Graduate (any discipline), preference for MBA/Marketing/Education background.

3+ years of experience in sales/marketing/business development (education/edtech preferred).

Strong presentation & negotiation skills.

Comfort with travel within Kannur & Kasaragod

Good spoken English & Malayalam.


Compensation

Fixed salary (₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience).

Plus performance-based incentives on enrolments & revenue.
