Job DescriptionThe role is the Area Sales Manager for Corporate Solutions. As part of the CorporateSolutions team, the selected candidate will play a crucial part in building, managing anddriving relationships with corporate customers (existing and potential) in a definedgeography. The role encompasses new business development, inside sales, accountmanagement, solutions’ sales, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This role ‘sresponsibilities include

Establish Sales Network:o Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2/3 cities/ Zones) in the region to drive thebusiness targets of the regiono Manage and drive relationships with corporate clientele (existing and potential) in yourcity/region to enable growth and revenue objectiveso Build a healthy portfolio of partners/affiliates/agencies to drive corporate acquisition -creating revenue generating partners

Operational Efficiencies:o Build, track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunitieso Achievement of sales within Commercial Complex, Corporate & Partnerso Monitoring performance through input KPIs on daily basiso Coordinate for site installations between customer and Park+ cross-functional teams

Customer Focuso Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch/build the right producto Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with KDMs within customer portfolio tomaximise life-cycle valueo Build a pipeline for upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts
