Team Lead - .Net/ Angular @ Delhi/ Bangalore

Our client is an IT Company providing Technology Solutions to Fashion Industry. They would like to fill-up the following position asap.

Position : Team Lead - .Net/ Angular. Total 3 Positions (New Delhi- 2 & Bangalore- 1)

Location : Delhi/ Bangalore

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience : 6+ years

Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Software Development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in API development, MS SQL, .NET framework, and Angular, along with proven experience in team management.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving the technical direction of projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Skills : .Net Framework, .Net Core, Angular, MS-SQL, Restful API, Team Management

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of software developers.

- Define and drive the technical architecture and design of software solutions.

- Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the team's technical capabilities.

2. Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on development using .NET framework, MVC framework, Angular, and other relevant technologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Develop and optimize MS SQL databases, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Experience with data intensive applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

3. Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.

- Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development opportunities for team members.

4. Quality Assurance :

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

- Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure software meets quality standards and requirements.

5. Communication and Collaboration :

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Mitigate risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Document technical designs, specifications, and implementation details for reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience (6+ years) in software development, with expertise in API development, MS SQL, .NET framework, and Angular.

- Previous experience (2+ years) in a leadership or management role, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
