Position Overview:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented professional to join our Finance team as a Team Lead for Record-To-Report (RTR). The ideal candidate will take ownership of leading an RTR team, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with business requirements.


Main Responsibilities:


- Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of Record to Report professionals.

- Ensure the team understands business requirements and resolve issues with staff, other departments, and suppliers.

- Develop and present policies, procedures, and training programs to all levels of staff.


- Accounting Expertise:

- Over 5 years of experience with general ledger accounting or controlling, preferably in an SSC/BPO environment.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team.

- Prepare timely and accurate account reconciliations in accordance with company policies.

- Prepare audit support for US GAAP and statutory audits.

- Prepare supporting documentation for tax filings.


- Performance Reporting & Business Intelligence:

- Establish and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to monitor and communicate process performance.

- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards using BI/Tableau Platform.


- Business Partnering & Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with global process leaders for record-to-report.

- Work with segment controllers and their teams to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and execution.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and statutory accounting principles.

- Proficiency in using business intelligence tools like BI/Tableau.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in US shifts.
