Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Set sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.
-Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide feedback for improvement.
-Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address customer issues and ensure resolutions are achieved in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between the company and key clients.
-Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment.
-Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Negotiate and close high-value deals.
Qualifications:
Prior work experience only in IT or SAAS product
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Team lead, preferably in the technology sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
