Job Description:


About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service/Operation Lead to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This critical role involves leading a team responsible for the operation and support of our core systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence in a 24*7 environment.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in SQL, Unix, Production Support, ETL processes, and proficiency in either Ab Initio or Informatica.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, having led a team of at least 5 members.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure efficient and timely service delivery to meet internal and customer needs.
  • Manage incident and change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to protocols.
  • Implement and maintain system monitoring, drive performance optimization, and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and manage SLAs effectively.


Note:

  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment and from our Gurugram office.
  • Preference will be given to candidates based within 10 km of Gurugram or can commute to the office within 30 minutes.
