Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service/Operation Lead to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This critical role involves leading a team responsible for the operation and support of our core systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence in a 24*7 environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
5-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in SQL, Unix, Production Support, ETL processes, and proficiency in either Ab Initio or Informatica.
Demonstrated leadership experience, having led a team of at least 5 members.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure efficient and timely service delivery to meet internal and customer needs.
Manage incident and change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to protocols.
Implement and maintain system monitoring, drive performance optimization, and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with vendors and manage SLAs effectively.
Note:
Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment and from our Gurugram office.
Preference will be given to candidates based within 10 km of Gurugram or can commute to the office within 30 minutes.
