Job Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and execute national sales strategies to attain or exceed sales targets and enhance revenue growth.
Continuously analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt and optimize sales strategies.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the national sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team success.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and retail partners at the national level.
Address client concerns and issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the national sales team against set targets and KPIs.
Implement corrective actions and strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
Market Expansion:
Identify and exploit opportunities for national market expansion and penetration.
Develop and execute strategies to enter new regions, target untapped customer segments, and establish a strong national brand presence.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the national sales budget.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective operations while maintaining high sales performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on national sales activities, market trends, and progress toward set targets.
Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all national sales activities and practices are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain high-quality standards for customer service and product delivery on a national scale.
Qualification and Experience:
An MBA
Minimum 10 years of Sales experience
