Designation - Associate Customer Delight
1. Prior working experience as a customer support executive.(3+years)
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Good communication skills.(Proficiency in English)
4. Working knowledge of customer service software is an added advantage.
5. Ability to think strategically.
6. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
7. Advanced listening and verbal/written communication skills to understand customer's needs and ability to respond clearly and concisely.
8. Must be a graduate (Technical degree is preferable)
9. Good knowledge of MS Office.
10. Open to travel when needed.
Note: Work from office, Sector 58, Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
