The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective communication and analytical skills will be key to performing these tasks.Role is based out of NoidaRole is a 6 days a week support, based on rotational shifts.Need Immediate JoinersQualificationsExperience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer SatisfactionStrong Interpersonal Skills and ability to resolve issues effectivelyTechnical Support skills and proficiency in troubleshootingAnalytical Skills to identify and address customer needsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with healthcare devices or technology is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field preferred
