Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Noida. The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective communication and analytical skills will be key to performing these tasks.

Role is based out of Noida

Role is a 6 days a week support, based on rotational shifts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Technical Support skills and proficiency in troubleshooting
  • Analytical Skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with healthcare devices or technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
