Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Support Specialist role, based on-site in Noida. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. They will also be tasked with resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, using analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Analytical Skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
