About the Role

Were looking for smart, energetic, and customer-focused female candidates to join our growing team as Customer Support Specialists. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our cloud-based software platform — helping customers succeed by delivering prompt, accurate, and engaging support through email, chat, and calls.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of SaaS or technical support experience, who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and communicates confidently in fluent, accent-neutral American English.

What You'll Do

  • Provide quick, clear, and empathetic support to customers across multiple channels (email, chat, and phone).
  • Educate customers on new features, product updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA and Development teams to identify, document, and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct testing, report bugs, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
  • Create professional screencasts and video tutorials to help customers learn and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to enhance communication and streamline solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure every interaction results in a positive experience.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer journey.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with domains, SSL certificates, subdomains, and DNS (CNAMEs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (American voice preferred, no strong accent).
  • Experience creating screencasts or video guides for customers is a big add-on.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS (a plus).
  • Experience with browser debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) is an advantage.
  • High energy, engaging, and enthusiastic personality who looks great and presents confidently on camera.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts if required.
