.Applications are invited from the prospective, enthusiastic, and hardworking candidates for the role of Executive Assistant to the President.
Eligibility Crite ria: A postgraduate or equivalent in the discipline, with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout. Salary will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates
Role of Executive Assistant to the President.
A. Organising and attending high-level meetings of the University like Board of Management, Board of Governors, Academic Council Meetings, etc, writing and circulation of agenda, minutes of meetings, etc.
B. Coordination with Deans, Associate Deans, and Directors in the University for various academic activities, processes, and decisions.
C. Led and handled various special projects in the President’s Office to support policies and processes driven by the President.
D. Handling research work required to support the President’s need for various types of data/ information.
E. Creating an effective database for the President’s Office to support the hiring and progression cycle of hired faculty. Handling of correspondence and documents with complete confidentiality
F. Integral part of the team in the President’s office. Planning and coordinating business activities/ reviews for the President’s office and ensuring completion of critical business activities.
G. Organizing and attending review meetings. Recording minutes of meetings, circulating, tracking progress, close looping action points, and keeping the President and relevant stakeholders updated on progress, bottlenecks, hits and misses etc.
H. Strong inter-department coordination and follow-ups on critical business activities with senior leadership and all HODs.
I. Logistics arrangements, approval management, and task tracking, personal assistance
J. Independently handling and maintaining confidential documents/ correspondence on behalf of the Presidents including critical business activities.
.K. Working on MIS, reports, and presentations in coordination with department heads, active involvement in corporate communication.
