Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist with experience in IT sales, particularly in international markets, to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating high-quality sales leads and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target international markets.Develop and implement strategies to generate quality sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and materials to support lead generation efforts.Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on lead generation and business development in international markets.
- Proven track record of success in generating quality sales leads and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
