 Role Summary:

We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team. This person will be instrumental in creating demand, identifying prospective customers, and increasing the company's revenue pipeline through a data-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert target customers across various channels (email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and optimize the lead handover process.
  • Create and manage targeted campaigns (e.g., landing pages, webinars, whitepapers, events) to attract high-quality leads.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture and track leads through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, focusing on metrics like conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements (emails, ads, landing pages) to optimize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-converting assets like email templates, advertisements, and blog content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging channels to identify new lead generation opportunities.
  • Manage partnerships and third-party vendors (e.g., paid media agencies, event organizers) to maximize lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR in lead generation practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring and optimizing lead conversion rates.
  • Experience in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems (Google Analytics, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation techniques.
  • Experience with content marketing and SEO.
  • Ability to create compelling copy for marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with sales funnel concepts and customer journey mapping.
