Whatyou willdo:
Thisis an inhouse lead Generation ExpertRole.
LeadIdentification:Research and identify potential leads through various channelsincluding online research social media and networkingevents.
LeadQualification:Assessthe potential of leads by gathering relevant information anddetermining their fit with the companysofferings.
CRMManagement:Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and followupactions in the company s CRMsystem.
Collaborative:Workclosely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies andensure a smooth handover of qualifiedleads.
Reporting:Track and report on lead generation metrics including conversionrates lead sources and campaignperformance.
TechSavvy:Must be aware of multiple tools and databases to source leads asper the right volume andaccuracy.
RequirementsExperience:Proven experience in lead generation sales or a related rolepreferably in the Lead Gen or IT services company for at least 6months.
TechnicalProficiency:Familiaritywith HubSpot CRM and other lead generation tools.
ResearchSkills:Ability to conduct thorough research and identify keydecisionmakers within targetorganizations.
Selfmotivated:Driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targetsdaily.
TeamPlayer:Collaborative and able to work effectively on multiple lead gentasks with the sales and marketingteams.

Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or arelated role, preferably in the Lead Gen or IT services company forat least 6 months..
