Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our products/services. The Lead Generation Specialist will employ various strategies and tools to generate leads, engage with prospects, and ultimately contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Identification and Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
Utilize online platforms, databases, and other tools to gather information about potential clients.

2. Outbound Prospecting:
Develop and implement outbound lead generation strategies to reach target audiences.
Use various communication channels, including emails, cold calling, and social media, to initiate contact with potential leads.

3.Lead Qualification:
Evaluate leads to determine their level of interest and qualification.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead requirements and refine the qualification process.

4. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the system.
Regularly clean and organize lead databases to ensure data integrity.

5. Campaign Development:
Assist in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and messaging.

6.Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

7. Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to improve lead generation strategies.


Requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP/ CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimise lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the industry and target audience.
