Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As part of the role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and other prospecting methods. Strong English communication skills are a must for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce products/services to potential clients
  • Identify decision-makers in leads to kickstart the sales process
  • Maintain and update prospect database accurately
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation strategies
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Capability to work independently and within a team
