The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead production planning based on unit objectives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
*Ensure production targets are met consistently, both during peak seasons and off-peak periods.
*Plan resource allocation for production, considering cost and productivity benchmarks.
*Schedule maintenance for all equipment to minimize disruptions to production.
*Ensure optimal operation of equipment, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing mechanical efficiency.
*Maintain product quality standards through the establishment and review of quality systems.
*Achieve product and packaging targets while upholding quality standards.
*Maintain comprehensive records of all production reports and create various management information system (MIS) reports.
*Implement preventive maintenance schedules on a regular basis to uphold equipment health.
*Maintain a safe production environment.
*Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
*Manage and train the workforce

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
*3+ years of production experience.
*Strong organizational and managerial skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
