Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Team Lead to manage a group of tele sales executives handling Personal Loan / Business Loan products. The candidate should have prior experience in a call centre / tele sales environment, strong knowledge of tele calling metrics, and the ability to drive performance through motivation and process adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele sales associates to achieve sales and productivity targets. - Monitor and track team performance on key sales metrics (connect rate, login hours, talk time, conversions, AHT, etc.. - Work with dialler systems, CRM tools, and sales dashboards to optimise call flow and lead utilization. - Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and customer experience standards. - Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and provide coaching/training as required. - Drive daily/weekly sales targets and ensure achievement of business objectives for the Mysuru Location. - Provide reports and insights to the Tele Sales Manager for business reviews. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tele sales/call centre in a team handling role. - Strong knowledge of tele-sales metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms. - Proven track record of achieving and driving sales targets in loan/financial product sales preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Mandatory: Proficiency in Kannada (regional language). - Strong people management, coaching, and motivational skills. - Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment (including Saturday & Sunday).
