This is a full-time role at Reliance Retail, where you will be responsible for managing efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in inventory management and customer relationship management, ensuring a seamless customer experience while coordinating supply chain processes. Qualifications And Skills - Proficient in inventory management techniques to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. - Strong expertise in customer relationship management, fostering loyal customer connections and satisfaction. - Experience in supply chain coordination to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. - Proven ability to lead teams effectively, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment. - Competence in inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. - Ability to manage fulfilment center operations and maintain efficient workflows to meet customer demands. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, adept at handling various aspects of store operations. - Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and manage customer interactions smoothly. - Expertise in outbound logistics processes (Mandatory skill), essential for seamless distribution and delivery. Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth and efficient store functionality at all times. - Manage inventory processes to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. - Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and stocking of products. - Lead and motivate store staff, providing guidance and development opportunities. - Ensure the fulfilment center's operations meet customer requirements efficiently. - Implement best practices in logistics management for inbound and outbound processes. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
