Job Description / Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls & networking.

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Promote and sell company's iron & steel products to clients in the construction and industrial sectors.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer the right product solutions.

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction.

Market Development

  • Identify new clients and business prospects across Salem, Namakkal, Trichy & Mandya regions.

  • Expand the company's presence in new and potential markets.

  • Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights.

Sales Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.

  • Maintain proper client records and follow-ups for repeat business.

Promotional Activities

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and product demos.

  • Present and explain products effectively to prospective customers.
