Customer Retention Executive

A Customer Retention Officer is responsible for engaging with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and promote loyalty to the company's products or services. Their duties typically include:
- Resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop strategies for customer retention.
- Monitoring customer accounts and identifying potential risks or opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹9,793.07 - ₹34,479.36 per month
